There are many aspects to be considered in real estate transactions, such as considering the resale factor of the home you are considering purchasing.  I’ve enjoyed my time as a Realtor selling homes in all price ranges, including estates upwards of $12 million.

I look out for my clients – ensuring the financials make sense whether selling or buying property.  I want Sellers to net the best possible price for their investment, and I want Buyers to get the most for their money.  Keeping abreast of market trends and knowing my product are key elements to helping my clients make informed decisions.
