When working with buyers, there are many aspects to be considered such as the “resale factor”. Resale is very important to buyers should they need to sell in short order. Buyers also need to be made aware of over improving the home and being unable to re-coup their investment. I educate my clients not only in the neighborhood in which they are making a purchase but also on the general real estate market. I assist buyers in finding a lender, coordinating inspections, finding homeowners insurance, determining property tax base , negotiating repairs, clearing title issues, as well as meeting with the appraiser.
